Santiago ASA/PVC roofing sheets and roof tiles 2.5 mm thick or more carry a 10-year warranty. Each order is confirmed in writing: profile, colour, thickness, sheet length, quantity, price, packing, delivery and payment terms. Warranty claims are made by WhatsApp or email with the order number and photos.
How is an order confirmed?
We send a written quotation by email or WhatsApp. It lists the product, profile, colour, thickness, sheet lengths, quantity, unit price, packing, delivery point and payment terms. The order starts when you confirm the quotation, or sign a contract for larger orders. Any change after that is agreed in writing.
Are sheets made to length?
Yes. Sheets and tiles are cut to the lengths in your order, and roof tiles are cut in multiples of the 219 mm tile pitch. Because they are cut for your roof, please check the length list carefully before you confirm.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
It covers ASA/PVC corrugated roofing sheets and roof tiles 2.5 mm thick or more, installed as Santiago recommends, including 4 – 5 screw sets per m² of roof. Santiago does not recommend sheets thinner than 2.5 mm and gives no warranty on them. For accessories, skylight sheets, FRP purlins and formwork, the terms are stated in the quotation.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Send the order number or invoice, photos of the problem and the location of the building to salessantiagoroofing@gmail.com or WhatsApp +84 935 391 495. We reply with the next steps.
