The Santiago 11-wave sheet has eleven small square ribs, 20 mm high, on a sheet 1.05 m wide with 1.0 m effective width and 2.0 – 3.0 mm thickness. The low, closely spaced ribs give a flatter, finer look than the 5- and 6-wave sheets, and one sheet still covers one metre of roof length.

How does it differ from the 5- and 6-wave sheets?
| Profile | Effective width | Rib height | Look |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 waves | 1.00 m | 32 mm | Classic, bold ribs |
| 6 waves | 0.95 m | 34 mm | Deepest channels for heavy rain |
| 11 waves | 1.00 m | 20 mm | Fine ribs, flatter surface |
With 20 mm ribs the channels are shallower, so give the 11-wave sheet a reasonable pitch and avoid very long, nearly flat slopes. Where a roof is long and flat, the 6-wave sheet is the safer choice.

Where does the 11-wave sheet fit?
- Carports, canopies and covered walkways, where the underside is seen up close.
- Workshops and small factories.
- Poultry and pig farms, where ammonia rusts steel sheets.
- Matching an existing 11-wave roof during repairs.

Why plastic instead of metal sheets?
The PVC core does not rust in salt air or ammonia. Under the sheet it is about 6 – 8 °C cooler than under common metal sheets, and rain is about 80% quieter. The ASA surface keeps its colour; Santiago rates colour fastness at 30 years.

Frequently asked questions
How high are the ribs on the 11-wave sheet?
20 mm, the lowest of the Santiago profiles.
Is the 11-wave sheet good for flat roofs?
It needs a reasonable pitch because the ribs are shallow. For long, nearly flat roofs choose the 6-wave sheet with 34 mm ribs.
How many sheets for a 12 m carport?
12 sheets per row, because each sheet covers 1.0 m.
