The price of PVC roofing per square metre depends on thickness, number of layers, profile, sheet length, accessories and shipping. Before asking for a quote, count the sheets: divide each slope's length by the effective width, for example 1.0 m for Santiago 5-wave sheets, and list the sheet lengths. A written quote can then be priced exactly.
What drives the price?
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Thickness (2.5 or 3.0 mm) | More material, more strength, warranty from 2.5 mm |
| Layers | Santiago can make 4-layer sheets on request |
| Profile and colour | 5, 6, 11 waves or roof tile |
| Sheet length | Long sheets avoid end laps but need longer transport |
| Accessories | Ridge, flashing, screw caps |
| Freight and duties | From Vietnam to Manila, Cebu or Davao |
Santiago 6-wave ASA/PVC sheet
How do I count the sheets?
A house roof 10 m long with two slopes of 5 m, using 5-wave sheets (1.0 m cover): 10 sheets per slope, 20 sheets about 5.2 m long each. Area 100 m², screws 400 – 500 sets, ridge 10 m ÷ 0.96 m = 11 ridge pieces.
Why is there no price list online?
Santiago quotes per order because sheets are cut to length and freight depends on the port and quantity. Send the sheet list by WhatsApp or email and you get a written quotation.
Importing to the Philippines? Minimum order one 40 ft container (about 5,000 m), production about 5 days, Form D included: importer and distributor guide.
