Santiago sends an FOB quotation within 24 hours and a CIF quotation within 48 hours of receiving a complete enquiry. Samples are free; the buyer pays only the courier. Importers who sell under their own name can have their brand printed on the sheets (OEM). The minimum order is one 40 ft container, about 5,000 m.

What should an enquiry include?
- Product and profile: 5, 6 or 11-wave sheet, or roof tile.
- Thickness, for example 2.5 mm or 3.0 mm. If you import the same item today, give the thickness you buy now.
- Colour.
- Length of each item and the quantity.
- Destination port and the Incoterm you want (FOB or CIF).
With these five points Santiago can quote within the times below. If something is missing, Santiago asks by WhatsApp or email.

Why does a CIF quote take longer than FOB?
An FOB price covers the goods loaded at the Vietnamese port, so it depends only on the order. A CIF price adds sea freight and insurance to the destination port, and freight rates have to be checked with the shipping line for that date. That is why FOB is quoted within 24 hours and CIF within 48 hours.

How do free samples work?
Santiago sends cut samples of the profiles and colours you ask for at no charge. The buyer pays the courier fee. Samples let you check thickness, colour and the ASA surface before a container order.

What does OEM branding mean here?
OEM means the importer's brand is printed on the sheets. Distributors use it to sell under their own name in their market. Send the logo and the text you want, and Santiago confirms the print layout before production.

Santiago – a leading exporter of ASA/PVC roofing from Vietnam
Santiago roofing is produced and loaded into containers at our factory in Vietnam. It has been exported to India since 2023, Thailand since 2024 and the USA since 2025. Every export shipment comes with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and a certificate of origin (C/O) issued by Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade, which importers use to claim the duty preference of their trade agreement.
